All bookings are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Hire.
An information sheet for hirers can be found here.

If alcohol is to be sold, a Licensed Bar Application Form needs to be completed. This can be obtained from the local council.

With regret we have to advise that due to insurance restrictions we are unable to accept bookings involving the use of bouncy castles.

Notes relating to rates
Rates are per hour booked
Minimum booking 2 hours
Time booked must be sufficient to include set up cleaning afterwards
Bookings for 2024 made after August 1 2024 are to be charged at the 2024 rates

Small Hall

  • Resident – £11.50/hour
  • Non resident – £17.00/Hour

Large Hall

  • Resident – £15.75/hour
  • Non resident – £23.00/Hour

Both Halls

  • Resident – £20.00/hour
  • Non resident – £27.50/Hour
